Selling a house for the first time can be a daunting task.  There are so many decisions to make, one of them being which real estate agent to go with.  After meeting with several agents I realised that not all of them were looking after me and some were more concerned about getting a listing than selling my house. I decided to choose Nathan Wood for a few reasons.  At our first meeting it was clear that Nathan was a genuine person with a likeable personality.  He wasn’t pushy at all.  He gave me a realistic valuation of my home and was able to answer all of my questions.  He is obviously very experienced and really knows what he is talking about.
