With an incredible 36 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kate brings unmatched expertise and dedication to her role as a Leasing Consultant.

Starting her journey after graduating from Business College, she quickly found her passion in real estate and has never looked back.

Having moved from Sydney to Lake Macquarie over two decades ago, Kate instantly fell in love with the area. “I live on the lake and appreciate what I have every single day,” she says. That deep appreciation for the local lifestyle shines through in everything she does.

Throughout her career, she has worked across various roles, but leasing has always been her favourite. “I love being able to help people find a place to call home, while also matching the right tenants with the right landlords—it’s incredibly rewarding.”

Professionally, Kate is driven by the goal of leasing more properties in one month than ever before and keeping landlord vacancies as close to zero as possible. Her achievements speak for themselves: she earned her real estate licence at just 21 and a strata licence by 31.

And while she claims she’s “quite boring really,” her years of dedication, love for the community, and passion for helping others tell a different story.
