There is no cost at all associated with changing your agent. All you need to do is sign a new management agreement with your new agent and the rest is taken care of.

The new agent will contact the previous agent and arrange to collect the file which will include the ingoing inspection report and photos so the tenant will be held to the condition of the property as they moved in.

The bond stays as is and the new agent will have control over this on the vacating tenant when they vacate.
