Ray White Toronto Property Styling

By Ray White Toronto Reception

Ray White Toronto Property Styling has been operating since the year 2000.

We can provide at our expense a property stylist for our sellers. Exclusive to Ray White Toronto clients, a fully qualified interior designer can come out to your property to discuss styling the property to maximize the properties presentation.

Paul Wrigley says “our property stylist is properly qualified and has over 20 years of experience. Too many people that think they have a knack with colours and are going around calling themselves qualified stylists and stagers when they don’t actually have a formal qualification.” One agent suggests that property styling could cost approx. $3,000 but could make a difference when selling of $20,000 and $30,000 extra.

Sellers need to be careful with whose advice they take. Too many times agents give advice that benefits themselves, not their seller’s.  Agents will often say whatever they have to, to win the business which sees the biggest liar win the job and not the most competent agent.

Sellers beware! Agents love spending seller’s money as it makes the agent look good. Always ask the agent to spend their money on things they suggest you do. They nearly always say no that’s not our job. So why should you pay for it.

Ray White Toronto provides this service free of charge to our sellers. We believe it is a privilege to be given a property to sell and we should spend our own money to make money.

If you want tips on presenting your property for sale to maximize first impressions please call Ray White Toronto and speak to Paul Wrigley who will put you in touch with an award winning interior designer and Property Stylist.
